Verify Your Information
We work to keep track of Water and Sewer Utilities across the state with a self-reporting database. Please check your current information, and if there are errors, please contact the PUC to make water utility database corrections.
Handling Complaints
When consumers are unable to come to a satisfactory resolution with their provider, they may file a complaint with the Public Utility Commission of Texas' Customer Protection Division.
